| I have 45 years of boating experience and have been a Marine Surveyor for the last 15 years. 100 ton USCG Capt. since 1981 and have been in the Party Boat business for 12 years. I have completed a Fiberglass Marine Surveying course at the Woodenboat School in Brooklyn, Me. In addition, I am certified by the United States Surveyor's Assc. as a Master Marine Surveyor. I am also a member of the US/Boats Technical exchange and inspect following the USCG, ABYC, and NFPA standards. Just recently I completed a American Boat & Yacht Council certification course for boat building standards. I specialize in Pre-Purchase,Condition & Valuation (insurance) surveys. My promise to you, is to make sure you know what you are buying and have the completed survey back to you within 48 hours. My charges are a flat rate per ft. that includes in and out of water inspection, non invasive moisture testing, corrosion analysis, engine testing and sea trial. Additionally, if you need help 3yrs. after the survey, just contact me, it's part of my survey. |
