Korsar inflatable boats are made in South Korea by specialists and masters, whose experience and knowledges were sharpened during decades at development and production of such known models of boats as Avon (England), QuickSilver (the USA), Vetus (Holland), Yam (Japan), Wicking (Germany). These inflatable boats are made on a project, design and under control of the Russian Korsar company. Some of component parts are made in Russia. Distinguishing features of Korsar inflatable boats:
1. Category of exploitation - Korsar inflatable boats can be exploited at a wave up to 2 meters, force of wind up to 6 (11 meters per second). Moving away from the shore is unconditioned.
2. Pressure in the tube - 250 millibar. Adult person can stand on the Korsar tubes without falling through.
3. Maxbond glue is polyurethane adhesive. This glue tightly fasten together the glued surfaces by polymerizing with the fabric surface and details of the boat, forming a single whole.
4. The material. SuperTARP - 1100 Decitex (on the all models). Close network of the basic polyester fabric layer provides durability. The PVC layers which are applied on the both sides of Korsar fabric provide impermeability, protects from oil, petroleum, ultraviolet and abrasion. Temperature of the use is from -35C to +65C.
5. Stitches (real guarantee - 5 years) are executed by unique triple sizing; two special tapes are glued from within and outside of the stitch, polymerized with the basic fabric, forming a single whole. The third tape is glued overlapped to external. All together does an ultrastrong stitch.
6. The transom. Fastening of the Korsar transom is reliable. The massive U-shaped form of the transom holder is pasted in the boat sides. It presses and dead holds with it’s planes boat’s transom which is pasted in it, radially bending, while inflation of the boat. This enables to use the motor of greater power on these inflatable boats.
7. The bottom of the boat is strengthen by a plastic profile and by additional fabric straps.
8. Ultrastrong stringers. A steel internal rod provides high reliability, hindering a fracture at the high loadings.
9. The floor. The deck of the inflatable boat is made of water-resistant plywood, PVC (durable plastic) or aluminium for choice.
10. The wide rubbing band with splash block protects the boat sides at mooring.

Operation warranty period of Korsar inflatable boats is 2 years from the acquisition day, on the condition of observance of storage and exploitation rules. Manufacturer provides free essential boat repair during the warranty period and an exchange on a new boat during 10 days in the case of serious spoilage. Stitches and materials of these inflatable boats warranty is 5 years. Time of Korsar boats life is up to 10 years. All of Korsar models and materials are certificated.
